“There are no glaring negatives to this property for us. The room was smaller than expected, but the bathroom was large. The staff seemed easily distracted. When we checked in the staff seemed to be in need of a big cup of coffee. When we were trying to check out the man was on his cell phone. We thought it might be a business call until he ended it with a hearty "later dude." We waited over 4 minutes for him to finish his call. Not the end of the world, but it wasn't what we expected. “The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The type of staff that loves what they do. We ended up in a bit of a scary situation with a tornado scare and had to evacuate the building. Staff was extremely supportive through it all.”
