Hotel vicino a Riverfront Park - Louisville

“Breakfast was fantastic and the Innkeeper was not only helpful, but went beyond and suggested several places that we would be interested in seeing, They also gave us a coupon for a local restaurant for an appetizer which turned out to be great food and atmosphere. The inn was so beautiful, every room had a sense of luxury but not over done. My favorite part was sitting on the porch watching the birds bathe in the three tier water fountain out front.”

“One of the bathroom lights was not working at all, there was a roach crawling in the bathroom wall, the room smelled like cigarette smoke despite it being a non smoking room, the comforter looked stained, and the breakfast was cold. I've stayed at a Quality Inn before, so this was disappointing.”

“The room and property was super cute and clean!! The locks for the doors were not the easiest to work and there was no staff to ask about them. It said there was parking available behind but if you leave once the club in front opens you lose that parking and have to park several blocks away. The club stays open and bumping until about 3-4am and the rooms are essentially part of the club as the yard of the rooms is the club. This makes it very hard to sleep since the rooms are made out of storage...

“Absolutely unacceptable experience at WoodSpring Suites Clarksville. I called ahead days in advance and spoke with management (Whitney, Assistant General Manager) to inform them I would be arriving late. I was clearly told that late check-in would not be an issue and that staff would be available. I arrived shortly after 3:00 AM and was completely locked out of the building. I repeatedly used the after-hours phone (dialing 500 as instructed), but the line stayed busy and never connected....

“Very dissatisfied with the service and visual of the hotel. The front counter person couldn’t find my PAID FOR reservation; it was extremely hot-uncomfortable as soon as you walked in the hotel; it was a nightmare ”

“Room clean, no odors, cool so used heat and temperature stayed even. Breakfast was minimal. Waffle, muffin, bagel, cream cheese, and cereal. ”
