“room was dirty- I have pictures of hair in/on the shower and tub and the whole tub looked discgusting, we didn't even take showers in it because it was so bad! people couldn't get checked in as the attendant left at 10 pm and phone number on door wasn't being answered, they didn't "recognize" our expedia reservation, my daughter paid for her deposit with $100 cash because that's what she had and the next morning no one was around to give her the deposit back, we had issues with the first room...

“Had to wait till 6pm to check into a room with only 1 bed when I reserved a room with 2 beds.
No smoke detector, no hot water, no soap, plugs didn’t work properly. Blinds barely closed.
The room was “clean” as it seemed like it was just finished being half remodeled.”
