“Staff was rude and impatient. My husband and I felt that we were being treated unfairly and racist because #1 we paid for a king bedroom with a sofabed and they put us in a 2 queen bedroom on the 3rd floor. When we got to the room and noticed that it wasn't what we paid for, we called the front desk and told them and she was very rude and trying to rush us off the phone. You couldn't understand what she was saying because her English wasn't understandable. So we went downstairs to let her know...

“I found this hotel to be one of the best that I’ve been in a long time. The room was clean the pool area clean when there was no towels and I text and they brought clean towels. The employees themselves. cleaning staff the front desk staff. They were amazing very pleasant. Only one complaint. Bed was hard as a rock, but I definitely recommend this hotel.”

“DO NOT STAY HERE! There is a Red Roof Inn a mile up the road. Go there. The staff here is terrible (with the exception of one of two people). They are rude and unaccommodating. The didn't have anything that we asked for, for the kitchen (ex. Can Opener), "free" was horrible and then on to of that we got charged a wifi fee two days. We asked for clean sheets after 5 nights of being there and we were told they didn't have an extra sheets and we had to wait and bring them down tomorrow so they...
