“Front desk clerk is robotic with no personality. Holiday Inn customer service said it would be $25 extra for our dog when I called. Then when we showed up, front desk clerks said it was $75. Room and property is very clean and quiet. But it will take you an hour to figure out how to get the TV to work with the remote. They have a great breakfast set up. And it’s very close to an Applebee’s restaurant. We live locally and only stayed here because our air-conditioning system went out. But for the...

“It was a nice property. Our room however was outdated. We stayed at the same hotel in Downtown Dallas a month ago and our room was more modern in Texas. You could see the water damage to the walls in the bathroom & by the bed. The wood was colored red with what appeared as permanent marker. The couch was stained severely. Otherwise the staff was phenomenal!! Very kind staff, thank you for the stay.”
