“I had a great stay at this hotel overall. Check-in was smooth and pleasant, and the highlight was definitely the room. It was very spacious and exceptionally clean, which made the stay especially comfortable. My only disappointment was the included continental breakfast. When we arrived, there was still at least an hour left before breakfast ended, but the coffee carafe was empty and the food options were very limited. The presentation of the breakfast area also felt like an afterthought.She ”

“The property is quite dirty and deteriorated. When we arrived the receptionist had an argument with another guest because of a leakage in the bathroom. In the morning wifi was very unstable and barely working”

“I was in the room 10 minutes before I had a roach skitter across the floor and a bed bug in the edge of my bed. I went for a refund, and they gave me grief even after I showed them pictures with my phone. They said they refunded me finally, a week later, nothing. I called them and they said they cannot refund me. Absolutely disgusting place with a bunch of crooks running the place. They lied to my face, now that I'm 5 hours away, they tell me they won't refund me. Stay away.”

“The photo used for the hotel is not updated. Advertised as a non-smoking property, to be welcomed by the day time manager standing in front of the entrance smoking. The bed cover and chair in the room had cigarette “burn holes” on them. The room was very dated and any attempt to fix, repair or update was poorly done. The TV in the room was small. The dogs on the floor in the other rooms were loud and could be heard barking down the hallway. Minimal options for breakfast. Wasn’t expecting too...

“They canceled my reservation leaving me scrambling for another hotel and could not find one . They called and said they had no water ”

“Very poor service regarding the what we have paid. Breakfast was horrible and old. Pool is dirty and gym was disorderly and not clean. The room won’t be clean until you ask. Ironing my clothes was horrible as the iron was so dirty where I need to ask another one as it made my clothes dirty. In few words, one of the bad experiences I have had.”

“The air conditioner sounded like it's ready to retake off. It was loud and running continuously even when set at 70. Room has any funny smell. Smells like spices. Bathtub is a trip hazard/slippery waiting for accident to happen. Could use a hook hanger to hang towels. The place is kinda scary with some long-term resident hanging out in the main lobby. The bathroom sliding door broke. Takes 2 people to slide it open.”

“Place reeked of weed, floors were dirty, bed was terrible. People were slamming doors all night long dogs barking wouldn’t never stay again. ”

“The bad first. The room needed cleaning. Trash behind the nightstand. There were dirty spots on the bathroom walls from shower steam condensation that the vent fan could not remove because the vent is plugged with dust. The toilet would keep running; the handle was sticking. You had to wiggle the handle to make it stop. The room refrigerator made noises when it turned on. The good. The young lady who checked us in and dealt with us daily was very friendly and helpful. This was the highlight of...
