“We booked the Silver Lake Pool and Inn for a one-night stay to celebrate a birthday. Four of us stayed in the the queen double room and we all absolutely loved it! The view of the hills and the neighborhood were gorgeous. We loved the furniture and design (it felt like a hip and groovy house) and the beds were comfy. We asked for a quiet room and were accommodated, no noise issues to report! Reesee and Perla checked us in, and they were sweet and very helpful and thoughtful. The valet service...

“Non è la prima volta che soggiorno a Los Angeles e sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso dal quartiere Glendale, l’albergo è un ottima soluzione pulito e con parcheggio a pagamento 10 dollari a notte, si trova difronte ad un centro commerciale vi sono molti posti dove mangiare. Ottima la posizione per vedere i punti turistici più importanti di LA, vicino agli Universal Studios.”

“Amazingly decorated, clean rooms, shared spaces were always clean, and in such a great location. Checking in was a little rough but I would absolutely stay here again!”

“The gave me a room at the end of aisle and it was too noisy do to poor soundproofing windows. I complained and they moved me to the same room, just 2 floors over. Receptionis was very unpolite. I do like Hampton Inn hotels but this is the worst ever. ”

“Check in was fast and easy we were able to check in early. Staff was nice. The room was clean and liked that it provided a mini fridge and microwave. The place was quiet so I was able to have a good night rest. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to friends and family and anyone who wants to enjoy a nice quiet stay”

“My guest and I were surprised at the space. The room was far more spacious than I had imagined and the view was amazing. Located right on Sunset. The kitchen and bathroom were more than ample for my stay and I will be rebooking.”

“I had a delayed flight. I called the property 3times the day before arriving to cancel and got no answer. I tried calling once more the day of and same thing no answer. so I called Expedia who also called and got no answer. I finally got a text late that day giving check in instructions. I sent screenshots and advised that I was unable to reach the staff, and was told a refund could not be issued because it was after 24hrs but I attempted well within the grace period. “２回目の宿泊でした。 デラックスダブルルーム ダブルベッド２台での予約だったんですが、チェックインを済ませて部屋に入ったらキングサイズのベッドが１台でした。 またこのホテルにはエレベーターがなく荷物を運ぶのが大変だと思い、事前に２階を希望したんですが残念ながら３階でした。 あと、フロントスタッフで１人とても感じの悪い方がいます。英語が通じない、嫌々感が顔ににじみ出ている、とてもホテルのスタッフとは思えません。”

“Value for money. Clean, good location, not far from most of the important places as a first time visitor. Breakfast was included but with very limited choice. For people with car, parking is available. The attached restaurant was good.”
