“Things to remember when booking this hotel... The "Spa" is not included in your stay and located in the basement. Its a different company entity "Evergreen Day Spa" and charge $15 p/d for pool usage. Hotel is close proximity to hospital therefore be prepared to hear sirens all night long. Breakfast buffet is $25 per person Monday-Friday 6.30am-9.30am so time it well. Food options are basically next door on either side but when in doubt - theres a Foodworks also. “Excellent stay Cleanliness of rooms was immaculate. Nice welcome pack of wine chocolate and water. Nice walk in shower with full amenities. Kitchen has nice coffee machine and full cooking amenities. Excellent location to all of Brisbane by foot ferry and bridges. Friendly front desk staff easy check in and welcoming. Be aware of some construction noise in the area as Queen's Wharf is developing.but not too bad as you are out during the day. Overall a very good stay.”

“Very bad experience. The room was dirty, and the bedsheets and blankets were not clean at all. The swimming pool was also extremely dirty and looked unhygienic. As soon as you enter the hotel, you can immediately feel the lack of cleanliness everywhere. There was also a bad smell throughout the hotel. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.”

“The hotel is very nice and relatively new! The price in the restaurant for the breakfast are very high and the quality and service of the food were poor. Few staff of the hotel looks welcoming but are not very friendly and helping with attention of the Customer needs. The cleaning in the room is just acceptable and needs to be reminded for vacuum the floor. ”

“The apartments are located in south Brisbane, 50 meters from the Brisbane Convention center and the train station. Nice apartments, enough space, very good furnitures, a small balcony. Wifi very good, personnel kind and professional. No drawbacks, I found what they promised. (I haven't had the time to check the common spaces, the pool and the gymn...)”
