“All in all it was good for the price, the breakfast was good but slow to come out. The pool and spa were enjoyable except for the floors they were to smooth to were you felt you were going to slip just standing in place would definitely recommend swim shoes for kids. Mine slipped getting out and split her knee on the drain grate”

“Staff checking us in had a demeanor that she wanted to be somewhere else. When I notified her that the women’s bathroom was out of toilet paper she shrugged it off with no acknowledgement of received the information. The tile floor throughout the lobby to the elevator and in the elevator was filthy and shows stuck to it. Breakfast was good in the morning and I believe we interrupted the staff coming in to eat
the leftovers during break despite a half hour left for guests as they all scattered...

“The elevator buttons were broken the entire stay had to phone to get staff to send elevator up any time you wanted to come down from floor. If someone used it which they did then it never came as you stood waiting with your luggage. The shower didn’t fully plug so it was very light.
