“We had a dirty towel hanging in our room when we checked in and brought to the front desk. They sent new towels but it did put a negative light on the start of the stay. The hotel is fine but getting dated.”

“We stayed during a peak period and the cost was very overpriced. Nice place but not worth the $400 a night. Unfortunately, this happens during peak but it would have nice if they through in free parking or breakfast for the cost differential. Other than that, I liked the property and the staff was excellent.”

“The front desk person was very friendly and as busy as she was with with fans from the Brewer game. she handled it very well.The breakfast was ok! to many carb high foods. Yogurt could be a better protein source I didn't see any hard boiled eggs. more protein options needed”

“Room was dirty, ac didn’t work because there was no plug in close enough. Window was wide open when we checked in with tv on. Leaving us to believe it was never even properly cleaned. There wasn’t anyone at the desk for 20 minutes”

“The room a broken thermostat(no heat), a broken lamp, mold in the bathroom, broken towel fixtures, dirty bedding, and a loose lock on the door. Front desk had no solutions and give no refunds.”

“This place is dirty and gross”

“Security was very poor. Had to walk around to the front to enter from the parking lot. Lots of 🚬 butts and trash bags at multiple entrances. Told staff of the issue and nothing was done. There was no utensils to use. Shower curtain and Rod was torn from the wall. There was a couple of outlets inoperable.”
