“The cleaning staff came before we leaving for the day. I said we would be out in 5 minutes. Asked her to come back. She did not come back. I had to ask at the front desk for clean towels. Then the soap in the shower was empty. ”

Property is not well-maintained- elevator was broken, shower dripped, no warm water, breakfast was completely wiped out, no cleaning services with 3 night stay, uncomfortable beds More importantly, safety is a major concern. The hotel property is located behind a convenience store that was well beyond shady. Cars at all gas pump, but no one pumping/buying any gas all night. People walking back and forth between various cars, behind the store, and across the back parking lot to...

“Staff is exceptional, efficient and friendly. Breakfast was appetizing with a variety of selections. Room was clean! Didn’t like barn door for closet and bathroom. Could use one more chair! All and all very good experience!”

“Red roof inns can be hit or miss. But dog owners love them because of their pet policy. I have stayed at 100 Red Roof Inns. I can count the ones that I would stay again on one hand. This one was clean and had a comfy bed. The tv and toilet worked. And the staff was great! I always get nervous for my car in parking lots that have a lot of day and night activity. But you can request to park right in front of your room, and the area is well lit. I never felt unsafe.”

“The afternoon desk Clerk E’nesa is the best there is, she really cares about the guest at the hotel and does everything she can do to help is they need it. I wished she worked ensured where i stay because she is the best.”

“We had a short but easy stay here. Check in was simple and fast, the room was clean and spacious. Very quiet at the property. Would have liked a few more options at breakfast but I think they're remodeling and their space was limited. So they did provide what they could and was fine for our needs ”
