“Bellissima struttura molto curata. Ci è stata assegnata una camera vista mare. Che fortuna! Semplice, letti comodi, pulita. Spettacolo l'alba ogni mattino! Spiaggia bella con una zona chiamata piscina naturale dove i bambini possono giocare e vedere tanti pesci anche in giornate di vento e bandiera rossa si può fare il bagno. “Excellent”

“Abbiamo passato una settima in questa meravigliosa struttura, tanto meravigliosa che abbiamo prenotato in altra settimana prima ancora di ritornare in Italia. Struttura molto pulita e personale sempre gentile e pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta, soprattuto il referente italiano Hyatam . Molta varietà per quanto riguarda le pietanze a base di carne , qualità nella media. Animazione coinvolgente nelle varie attività giornaliere. Nota di merito a Mido il nostro animatore di fiducia 😂. ”

“Sono tiè tata ieri da Hurgada. Hotel molto bello, un vero 5 stelle. Sono molto soddisfatta della mia scelta. Cercavo una settimana di relax e l'ho avuta. Poca animazione ma è un resort e non un villaggio. Buffet ricco. Spiaggia a 20 metri. Ovviamente mare bello bello.”

“Al Kasr was a major disappointment. I have stayed at a number of 5 start hotels, as well as in Egypt (previously Sharm El Sheikh) so feel I have a good gauge of a good hotel. From the very start there were red flags. All hotels I have stayed in up until now have offered welcoming drinks (even just a basic juice would be fine) and provided a tour of the hotel facilities so we know where the pool and dining is. “Air conditioner was not working in the first day but they fix it later and everything was okay. Other than that the food was very good, the rooms were clean and there were lots of fun activities. Will definitely be back!”

“Partiti veramente all'ultimo minuto, prenotazione due giorni prima della partenza, all'arrivo , in piena notte, personale molto gentile e disponibile camera fresca ed accogliente sebbene datata. Posto stupendo con passeggiata lastricata sul mare per tutto il resort. Spiaggia attrezzata tranquilla con personale gentile ma non invadente ne' assillante.
