“The apartment is in an excellent location—just a 5-minute walk to both the beach and the Riva, with two bakeries and a grocery store conveniently located next door. The only downside was that there is just one air conditioning unit, so the bedrooms rely on fans. The underground parking can also be a bit inconvenient if you plan on coming and going throughout the day.
