“Salta all'occhio lo staff numerosissimo ma non sempre all'altezza di una struttura del genere. Sembra un esercito senza un vero comandante! Fastidiosa e' l'insistenza nel lanciare continui messaggi finalizzati alla cosiddetta "mancia". Ottimo il ristorante messicano e quello francese, non altrettanto quello italiano. Più che buona la colazione e il luncheonette a buffet che propone tantissimi piatti gustosi della cucina messicana.”

“Our experience was amazing from the moment we arrived. Brian was very helpful as we checked in and suggested we have lunch while our room was being prepared for us. To our surprise, the room was more spacious than we anticipated. The room was very clean as well as all surroundings including the pools and the grounds. There are several restaurants to choose from.
