“Our stay at Modrest was great and so easy and comfortable. And one big reason was the staff!! They were all amazing and so attentive and ever ready to help. We were liaising with Yousef over WhatsApp even before coming and he was so helpful and gave us a lot of assurance regarding all our concerns. And I can safely say that everything he promised, he delivered!
And when we arrived, we were well taken care of by the staff too, especially Aziz at the front desk and Mahfouz at the hotel lounge....

“Friendly, helpful staff, especially the manager at the restaurant Mohammed. Would be great if the gym opened earlier as I like to gym before breakfast but it only opened from 11am. And also, the shower only had enough hot water for about 15mins and it wasn’t enough to shower my whole family. So we had to wait at least half an hour for more hot water. ”
