“Just so you know that I was told on my way out (check out) that there was a stain on the sheets, unfortunately it was already stained when we got in, the only thing was I didn’t call it in to let you guys know right away. We just didn’t used it. So, please double check your housekeeper and make sure that everything’s okay before they offer the room to your guest. Thank you! I still left them with some tips.😊”

“Great staff All very friendly. The security staff always looked to help and one of the ladies even offered to carry my bag down the stairs even though I am much bigger and did not take her up on it. Very sweet, the check in people, the greeters at breakfast, the guy at the omelet station hooked me up with great food made to order and the bakery made great bread and snacks. “This was my first time in Quezon, but not my first time in Citadines. I exclusively seek out Citadines in Manila and Cebu because trust me when I tell you, there is simply no other hotel that can beat the overall value and experience of a Citadines hotel. The price is always so good for the 1 bedroom apartments. They are always so nice and feel like a real home. The staff are all Five Star level and the hotels are located in the best area's with the best food, shopping and entertainment nearby....

“Room with mold in the bathroom especially around the shower ! Reception staff needs to trained and develop the sense of urgency! Took 20 minutes for the check out! Polite people but need to be trained! Room service : most of the food in the menu not available! Food quality average! Housekeeping service to be improved! Lobby very impressive! “quick checkin...room is standard...no toilet paper, no wash cloth provided, comforter cover had tears...food seeved at breakfast buffet wasn't for breakfast, more like leftover dinner from last night's seminar...half of the pool full of algae like pool guy just cleans half of it & neglects to clean the other half”

“The room was very clean, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Overall it was a nice place to stay. However, the building is on a very busy road, and it's exceptionally loud and noisy with all of the traffic. The only other negative is the shower. While it did have hot water which is great, the shower would alternate from cold water, to warm, to scalding hot, and back to cold, about every two to three minutes, and then the water would stop flowing completely for a few minutes, but...

“convenient location with an outstanding staff in all departments. The hotel bathroom needs a deep cleaning. Regrout and get rid of hard water lime deposits on glass shower stall. Bathroom amenities are sparse. Need upgrades. Otherwise, all good.”
