Vista a volo d'uccello a Smith Mountain Lake!

Questo condominio splendidamente decorato è perfetto per la tua vacanza in famiglia. Tutti gli arredi sono solo pochi anni e la vista dal ponte è davvero bellissima sulla parte principale del lago dove è possibile guardare le barche a vela salpare dal vicino Yacht Club. Si trova a Bernard's Landing in Peninsula Towers. Questo è l'unico condominio che presenta un ingresso dal parcheggio e una porta sul lago. C'è un comodo molo diurno per il tuo uso se porti o noleggi una moto d'acqua (la moto d'acqua deve essere registrata a pagamento per la durata del tuo soggiorno presso l'ufficio principale di Bernard Landing situato sulla strada).
Puoi raggiungere a piedi il Landing Restaurant e il Bernie's Store vicino all'ufficio o alla Clubhouse dove puoi trovare piscine interne ed esterne, campi da tennis, campo da squash e spiaggia. Lo shopping è vicino al Westlake Village, e molti ristoranti sono raggiungibili in 15 minuti. guidare.

It is a great view of the lake! Love that there is a "back door" for direct access to boat slips. Has a beautiful updated kitchen. Very close to club house.

We had a beautiful time! The views were breathtaking. Loved the condo set up! We also utilized the beach, pool and pickle ball while renting a boat and used the slip! Had a wonderful 28th anniversary! Will be back!

Great View

The view of the water, Peaks of Otter, and sailboats were gorgeous. The bathroom rugs and sink rugs need replacing. They were worn or spotted. Some hooks on the deck or in the condo would be helpful for bathing suits. We used the back stairs to go to the water. It was very dirty. A leaf blower may would help. The condo was nice and well equipped. We would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. Nice view off the deck and great neighborhood with nice amenities!.. The coffee pot didn't work too well and there wasn't a Keurig but that was a minor issue...

Wonderful getaway!

Amazing Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Bird's Eye View property. Lynn is quick to respond to any messages and the directions for how to get to the property are very clear. From the moment we walked through the door of the condo we were impressed. The condo was extremely clean. Everything we needed for our trip could be found in the condo -- an ice cream scooper, plenty of pots and pans, extra trash bags, coffee filters, etc. The condo was as well stocked as our own house which was great. We had other family staying in other condos as Bernard's Landing who were only given two rolls of toilet paper and two trash bags for an entire week's stay. Luckily. That isn't the case at Bird's Eye View. Everything is well stocked! Staying here felt like staying at a friend or family's house. Everything was clean, comfortable and cozy. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and the sheets were super soft. The kitchen island has plenty of room to eat meals as a family and the living room has enough space for everyone to spread out. The view out of the sliders looks right out onto the lake. It was also nice having a back door that with stairs that lead right down to the water. We also enjoyed having the keypad access on the front door as we find the keypad to be more convenient than carrying a key around. The condo is within walking distance to Napoli's, the gym and the larger pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Lovely Lakeside Condo

It was perfect for our family of four and we enjoyed our stay immensely. The condo was nicely furnished and well-provisioned. It was particularly nice that there were a wide variety of spices in the pantry so that I didn’t have to buy every little thing to cook. We loved being next to the lake and close to the pool!

Beautiful location!

The home was perfect and the location was gorgeous! We enjoyed watching the sunrise/set on the lake nightly, and our children loved the addition of the bunk beds! Stunning location!!
