After a long flight, with no power, we had no hot water to shower, no lights to see in the room, unable to watch tv, and unable to plug in our devices. The staff was apologetic. “Front desk extremely helpful. Arrived very early so our luggage was stored then delivered to our room once the troop was ready. We liked the design of the renovation. Many of the old features were left such as the iron windows, gorgeous brass front door. The interior wood panelling has been painted white which made the place bright and contemporary looking. We found the beds a bit too soft. Would appreciate some basic toiletries. ”

“Gli appartamenti sono a 10 minuti a piedi dal waterfront, ma affacciano da un lato sul porto container e dall'altro sulla sopraelevata per le auto. Pulizia pessima, moquette e divano macchiati, muri scrostati e in alcuni punti ammuffiti, mobili rovinati. Non funzionava il riscaldamento e nessuno si è premurato di provvedere o di proporci un'altra sistemazione, abbiamo chiesto delle coperte e ne hanno portata 1 il giorno successivo, peccato che i letti fossero 2. Da evitare”
