Main Residence (Sleeps 6, with the potential to sleep 7 including the sunbed): Stylish and spacious with designer furnishings, two modern bathrooms, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and dining with DeLonghi coffee maker, and reverse cycle heating and cooling and ceiling fans for year-round comfort.

Sleepout (Sleeps 6): A chic and self-contained space, ideal for older children, teens, or additional guests wanting a little extra privacy. Please note, there is no bathroom or toilet in the sleepout.

Studio (Sleeps 2): A peaceful, well-appointed retreat featuring its own bathroom and kitchenette (Kitchenette currently in installation process) – perfect for couples or grandparents.

Exceptional Outdoor Living:
Pet-friendly (outdoors only), so even the furry family members can join the holiday fun

A stunning outdoor fireplace sets the scene for magical evenings under the stars – perfect for entertaining or unwinding with a glass of wine. Guests to supply their own firewood (can be purchased at Robe Auto and Marine or Foodland)

Please Note:
Bathroom and bedroom linen is supplied in all our properties for your stay, however we only supply what is required. NOTE linen is supplied only, if you require the beds to be made ($15.00 per bed) please book bed making with your booking request. It is the guest’s responsibility to notify the office if you require any special combinations. If no linen requests are made, we will make an assumption based on the guest number provided of which beds will be used at the property. Don't forget to bring your beach towels.
