great group location

Was fantastic for our family we booked a total of 4 houses down O'Byrne Avenue that only a few steps from each other. Villa Patricia was great for all the kids as down stairs had the prefect kids entertaining area with room to play bored games and spread out also a second TV. our stay was great and we enjoyed every moment of our huge family holiday together. Thank you Hope for organizing it all for us

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay. The location is great with beautiful sea glimpses from the sheltered balcony. It's a short walk to long beach, a short walk to get the best frappes from Patrick at the campground and a short cycle into town which is much easier now with the new path and lights. The house is well equipped with the essentials however the rooms are short of storage for clothes especially if you are staying longer than a week. If you have older kids the upstairs and downstairs works very well. All up we were very happy.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love Robe so we had a great holiday. Villa Patricia was in a good location, very near the beach access. The living area and upstairs bedrooms have been renovated and are very comfortable, however the kitchen and upstairs bathroom are very tired and the toilet room was constantly infested with ants. Our children were particularly unimpressed by the lack of dishwasher and getting the TV in the games room to work was complicated.

No frills everything you need

Excellent location on a great street. Long beach is just a short walk away, as is lots of lake walks. House is clean and provides everything you would need. There is no real “outdoor area” however the balcony has a bbq and great view. We had 7 adults share comfortably (one in a bunk bed) Main Street of robe is 35min walk away so it’s nice and quiet (particularly during silly season) would stay again. Thanks.

Stained linen, cans, bottles and chicken bones left on the balcony, the shower head also fell off first shower. But, very roomy and great position. Needs desperate love which is probably why it's on the market.

Once again we loved Robe. The house was perfect for a beach holiday for 2 families 4 adults and 5 kids bbqs on the deck and views of long beach which is just a short walk. The kids kept busy downstairs when not at the beach with table tennis and billiards tv and games while the parents could enjoy the tv room upstairs with a glass of local wine.We will be back!
