“We expected more of this one specially for the price breakfast was average TV service stop working for 2 days and something we noticed in tge hotels we stayed in California coffe was not good on any of tge hotels.”

“Everything is so far away from our room. We have two rooms but did not get a parking space. Both parking spaces near our room happened to belong to the odd numbers. We and our friends rented one car but both our rooms were even numbers. We informed the front desk but they did not accommodate us. They do provide golf cart pick up or drop off to the gym or restaurant. That was nice.”

“The Charles was fantastic!!! Arrival was welcoming, as though we were old time friends. The main part of the house was clearly recently remodeled and painted, all while keeping with the old time charm of the house. Our room was large, and we never felt cramped. Breakfast was so good that we kept bringing it up during the day. And the scones are not to be missed!!! It is now our go to place in Napa. Could not recommend higher.”

“This was a great place to stay! We had rooms in one of the cottages and it was very comfortable! Breakfast was very good and staff excellent. Location was perfect for a short walk to downtown Napa. We will stay here again on our next trip to Napa!”

“Il sentimento nella recensione è contrastante… il luogo sicuramente ricorda altri tempi, arredamenti in vecchio stile e oggetti simpatici, il parcheggio è comodissimo, la possibilità di relax non manca. La colazione poi è super, anche esteticamente. Però… il check-in è stato telefonico (quindi serve una scheda sim per chiamate usa) e solamente successivamente è arrivato un sms con i codici di apertura delle porte. Non c’è ascensore per cui se avete valigie pesanti vi fate tutte le scale come...

“The resort fee of $60 a day was basically a cash grab because other than wifi you got nothing. My only negative on the hotel.”

“Completely renovated and looks like it’s a brand new build.”

“There were some cleanliness issues: some towels looked like they had been dropped on floor, wash cloths had a hair on them, mildew on shower curtain liner. The floors were not clean. The hand soap was thinned out. There was a piece of gum stuck between the door trim and the strike plate of the bathroom door. We were asked to wash dishes at end of stay but there was no dish soap. ”

“Room condition was standard, staff was short staffed and they did not respect the “Do Not Disturb” sign on our hotel room door. I had to call the front desk to request a shower cap and they said they were short staffed and suggested I go downstairs to the front desk if I needed it. The ceiling hatch in the restroom was left open. Hotel bar closes at 10. ”

“hotel spettacolare, all'interno c'è un ristorante con una stella michelin e credetemi merita veramente, a mio avviso è migliore dei nostri ormai "commerciali" Cannavaciulo e Cracco. l'albergo è vicinissimo alla partenza del treno che permette di visitare le cantine e sul quale è servito un pasto di tutto rispetto”
