“There were some cleanliness issues: some towels looked like they had been dropped on floor, wash cloths had a hair on them, mildew on shower curtain liner. The floors were not clean. The hand soap was thinned out. There was a piece of gum stuck between the door trim and the strike plate of the bathroom door. We were asked to wash dishes at end of stay but there was no dish soap. ”

“We expected more of this one specially for the price breakfast was average TV service stop working for 2 days and something we noticed in tge hotels we stayed in California coffe was not good on any of tge hotels.”

“Cottage piccolino ma con tutto il necessario.In 4 adulti è un po' stretto ma per una notte va bene. Location un po' defilata dal centro che è raggiungibile in pochi minuti di auto. ”

“The hotel met our needs and expectations. Parking was just enough, not a vacant spot. Spacious basic room, I like the light-up vanity mirror. One thing to improve , the bathroom could use a stronger exhaust fan, so the bathroom doesn't get all steamed up with condensation after the first user.”

“The Charles was fantastic!!! Arrival was welcoming, as though we were old time friends. The main part of the house was clearly recently remodeled and painted, all while keeping with the old time charm of the house. Our room was large, and we never felt cramped. Breakfast was so good that we kept bringing it up during the day. And the scones are not to be missed!!! It is now our go to place in Napa. Could not recommend higher.”

“Room condition was standard, staff was short staffed and they did not respect the “Do Not Disturb” sign on our hotel room door. I had to call the front desk to request a shower cap and they said they were short staffed and suggested I go downstairs to the front desk if I needed it. The ceiling hatch in the restroom was left open. Hotel bar closes at 10. ”

“This is a family owned small boutique hotel that offers luxury style amenities. My husband and I were celebrating our 10 year anniversary and couldn’t been more happy with this hotel. I believe we stayed in loft 11 and just know that it’s worth every penny you paid. The sheets, the bed, the decor, the bathroom was all top tier. Staff were pleasant and very accommodating on arrival. This is also a self check-in and check-out which is convenient. We truly loved our stay. Would definitely recommend...
