Hotel a Roberts

“Hotel in zona tranquilla, stanza grande (avevamo una con due letti Queen), moquette a terra, stanza pulita, letti comodi. Abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà con l'apertura e la regolazione della doccia, perché non funzionava benissimo, ma alla fine siamo riusciti. Fatevi dare una stanza più in alto, perché si sente molto la gente che cammina nella stanza sopra. Colazione discreta”

“Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate. Bed was hard, which we like. Pool was nice. The tiles were very slippery when wet. I would suggest a nonslip surface in pool room. Good location. Would stay there again.”

“Love the location of the hotel. Close to stores and restaurants in downtown. The staff was very helpful, even the maintenance man. He checked on us just to make sure everything in our room was working appropriately. The rooms were very nice and comfortable.”

“The check-in was very easy and Amber was great. Our rooms were very spacious. We were impressed by the quality offerings and the selections at the breakfast. Staff at breakfast were polite and attentive to our needs. ”

“There were a lot of dings in the hallway going to our room just making it look a bit rough. Our room had a weird smell. Something like wet paint but not? I don’t know. We were there because it’s close to the hospital so we had multiple other things on our minds to complain or deal with this.”

“Hot tub jets still don't work (stayed here last year); breakfast buffet is okay, but the order menu is seriously underwhelming.”
