“All was good except the TV was not working Apparently they did not have cable It’s ok - we enjoyed the beach all day !”

“Our room had a leaking MiniSplit. It was so bad it was accumulating on the floor near the outlet- electrical hazard. The toilet was wobbly and flooring looked like it needs maintenance. The bed was decent but the the headboard was broken I guess..? Needs maintenance for sure otherwise does the job for just in and out stay, but probably won’t go back ”

“Cleaning staff were good. Manager and Supervisor were very poor at communicating efficiently and effectively with customers staying there. Often just blatantly LYING! about Internet/WiFi being fixed. Internet/coverage was bad to non- existent in a large area of the building. It took 16 DAYS! To get it working! The picture on this survey is NOT A TRUE REPRESENTATION OF THE ROOMS!! Travelers BEWARE OF STAYING AT THIS PLACE! ”

“El gran problema está vez fue el check inn. Solo había una persona y tenía un desorden con las habitaciones, entregándole equivocadamente a las personas. Eran las 5:00 p.m y no tenían listas algunas habitaciones y los huespedes llegando uno tras otro. Perdimos más de 45 minutos haciéndo fila para el check inn”

“This Holiday in was so close to the beach walking distance from restaurants and golf cart rental! The breakfast was amazing, they have a coffee machine out all day. And the pool area is very nice, has plenty of seating. ”

“location was fabulous just right at the beach walking distance you can't see the beach from at least the first floor I don't believe there's any amenities but it is a clean updated hotel we had a problem with the humidifier in our room but that's not a big deal our only issues we had a couple next door that were fighting quite loudly in the middle of the night and I can't put that on the hotel. ”

“My room had a sewer odor. I maintenance man came in and sprayed Clorox deodorant. I requested a new room. It smelled like dog urine. ”

“Cleanliness was amazing and room was gorgeous. Location is close to everything and very accessible. Only downside is violation of quiet hours.”
