“A MUST STAY!!! This was our second visit to Jim Thorpe but our first stay at the Y on Broadway and we will NEVER stay anywhere else!! This boutique hotel is full of charm and warmth from both their magnificent fireplace and staff! Beth took the time to tell me all about the rich history of the building, one of the original YMCA locations in all of the US, and we had the pleasure of meeting Duke, one of the owners, who took me on a private tour to show me the beautifully rustic double bed frames...

“Room exceeded our expectations. Online pictures don’t do it justice AND no weird smells of cleaning supplies or anything else usually found in hotels! Also walking distance to everything! ”

“This property was great! We are already talking about going back during the summer. The highlight of our trip was the lake beach. Our kids enjoyed it, as we were lucky to have very nice weather in April. They got to play in the shallow end! The property itself is very clean, modern, and cozy. The property owner was very responsive leading up to our trip and during our stay! We had a great, relaxing getaway and didn’t want to leave. We hope to return soon! ”

“The hotel is dated, but they have a great team working to compensate for the "dated" look of the hotel. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the food was amazing. The restaurant staff also surprised us. The veggies were blanched, and the special steak garlic/rosemary butter was a nice touch. Service at the restaurant was like family. Location to Camelback? the best. You could walk, if needed, to the resort. ”
