“Reservation was for King bed with sofa bed. Upon arrival there were rooms with King bed only. After waiting 20 minutes in lobby, we were assigned a room without a pull out sofa, which we need because there were 3 people. After 1 hour, they moved us at 11 pm to a new room with a King and sofa bed. Appears the Expedia reservation did not transfer fully to the hotel. Others base this issue as well”

L'impiegata alla reception è stata molto cortese e gentile nell'offrire tutto il suo supporto ma alla fine ho dovuto effettuare, tramite expedia, una nuova prenotazzione con prezzo notevolmente maggiorato. La zona reception e la zona breakfast è in completa ristrutturazione, come segnalato dalla strttura alla prenotazione, ma la reception sembrava un piccolo campo profughi così come la sala colazione ricavata in una piccola stanza...

“Well this hotel was quite a find, as was the town of Rockford. Wow, we had a great stay and the staff were amazingly helpful. The White Pine bike trail is about a block away. Beautiful trail. We only rode it about 26 miles, but what a gem to have in your town! Great hotel and we met friendly, happy people wherever we went.”

“Elevator was sketching. Building looks like they slapped some paint on it and called it good. Rooms were okay and bed was comfy. Terrible asphalt smell outside when you get to the property. Definitely felt the pictures on here made it look nicer than it was.”

“Stayed here last minute because of a volleyball tournament in Grand Rapids. Due to a remodel of some sorts they didn't have any breakfast just small muffins and donut holes of some kind. Room was seemingly clean until the shower... Mold on the ceiling and shower curtain. The mini fridge was lukewarm at best so that was disappointing for our drinks being warm for the following full day of games. Staff was very friendly, pool and hot tub were decent. “I am in a wheelchair, and as such, my only complaint is the odd set up for persons with disabilities to enter. One must wheel down past the actual front doors, which are stair assessable only, then enter a bit of covered area (which was by far the only real dirty and/or broken down looking space), then ride the elevator up and enter on the other side of the main foyer from the front desk. It wasn't such a big deal that I wouldn't stay again, but it was quite an annoyance. I believe a ramp...

“We made our reservations in February and the hotel had a different name. All of the pictures on the booking page are very deceiving. There was no restaurant, no bar, no breakfast…..room was filthy, no blow dryer, half roll of toilet paper, dirty curtains, room hadn’t been vacuumed in months it looked like. Will be filing a complaint. Completely false advertisement!!!!!”
