“Staff were very friendly. Very clean, nice, updated, spacious room. Big, clean bathroom with a sliding door that doubles as a closet door. No tub in our room (not sure if all rooms are like that) but it had spacious stand up shower. Breakfast was good, with several hot food options (there was almond milk, too!). Plenty of nice seating downstairs. Nice gym with some good equipment. The ONLY thing I wasn't super happy about was the pool/spa. We went down around 9:30 and it was packed. It was a...

L'impiegata alla reception è stata molto cortese e gentile nell'offrire tutto il suo supporto ma alla fine ho dovuto effettuare, tramite expedia, una nuova prenotazzione con prezzo notevolmente maggiorato. “Nothing was clean. the towels in the pool area were never replenished. They charged and additional 200 for who knows what and don’t want to refund. This hotel is motel 6 just indoors. ”

“It was clean and comfortable. Pleasant staff and worth the cost. Only wish the 2 complimentary drinks were offered until bar closed. Both days we had activities with the kiddos during the time it was available. ”

“I was in town for a concert and chose this property across the river from the downtown core - a short walk away - as the parking was free. A free shuttle to the venue (and pick up afterwards) was a bonus as the weather was dubious. I prepaid for the breakfast buffet which was standard fare but hot and convenient. Our server was lovely. The room was clean and the decor updated. Staff were pleasant and helpful. I would stay here again without hesitation! ”
