“Excellent and accommodating staff”

“Was never able to check in as the property could not be reached. The number was disconnected.”

“Was supposed to depart at 6. I showed up at 5:15 and waited until 6 before i started calling their phone number. Had to call 15 times before i got an answer and they said they didnt know i booked it. Said they would have a captain out in 40 minutes. Called me back 20 minutes later to tell me they didnt have a captain. This was 2 weeks ago and i still haven't received a refund. There's either super unprofessional or scam artists.”

“This is a dishonest listing. I did not end up staying here because the address was a public boat ramp and there’s no disclosure about that until you attempt to check in. ”

“Rude tried to keep deposit because there was a little dirt from my flip flop on the sheet I guess they wouldn’t have washed them if it hadn’t had sand on it”

“Check in is a kiosk. There isn’t anyone present in the lobby. Your key cards are provided by the machine. The staff that cleans and puts out the breakfast items are great! Breakfast is mediocre. The pool was dirty and not taken care of very well. The one thing I can say good is the beds were very comfortable .I was, overall disappointed in this hotel. I would not stay there again.”

“Rooms are clean and updated. They are not dark at night though if you like a dark room. Walls are paper thin so you can hear everything. Overall the stay was just fine. ”

“Here is why this review is so bad: this property has bed bugs. We found live ones walking around between the mattress and the box spring of the room. Upon being shown this, the manager made a very firm point to inform me that they have a no refund policy. This was genuinely about as bad as it gets. ”

“Loved our stay at the Cottages, intentional and attentive staff, quiet and semi secluded units on a busy island. Rooms were clean, fit the descriptions accurately and had everything we needed. The beach itself makes this the hidden gem. Walking up and down the rest of the beach we began to realize just how special our beach area was. Other beaches were crowded and small, but not Cedar Cove! One other note, our refrigerator was making a grinding noise, we notified management and within an hour...
