Case in affitto a Rochester

“We stayed at the cottage while we moved my son in to his dorm at University of Rochester. The cottage was spacious and charming. The host included thoughtful touches like some tea and sugar in the kitchen and hand lotion in the bathrooms. We had coffee on the back porch in the morning and watched bunnies eat the clover. The location is perfect. Close to the campus and food option. We will definitely be back!”

“The house was clean and setup nicely. The house was close to the Kodak Theater. We stopped to eat breakfast at the Peppermill Restaurant. I highly recommend it. Thank you Jud for all your efforts for us to have a great stay. ”

“If you like hot showers, I don't recommend this place. At first the place seemed nice. Looked and smelled clean ,but when i looked in the cabnet there was a bag of trash and the inside of the drawers were very dirty. The shower was cold and when I contacted the host it took almost 2 hrs for them to get back to me. They said they fixed it, but it was still cold the next morning and I contacted them again. This time it took over 5 hrs for a reply. They fixed it, but it it only got a little warmer...

“Great house, just what we needed.”

“Great location for a family reunion. Easy access to sites in Rochester and parks. Host was responsive and helpful. Kids really enjoyed the heated pool. Pool towels were provided. Only one connected bathroom so everyone else shares. Living and family room are large spaces.”

“Everything was as stated. No concerns. ”

“Super cute house!! Quite neighborhood. Very clean. Host was extremely fast to get back to me when I reached out about a concern. Parking was great. Will definitely recommend this house and host for family who visits.”

“House is very nice and easy to access. The furniture/ decor is a little dated but no complains.”
