“Big parking lot with a garage next door. The room was spacious except for the air system being two feet from the bed.”

“Other than the bathroom door sticking and making it difficult to open and close easily (I mean, it really got stuck), room was great and fit our needs. Staff were pleasant, accommodating, and so helpful (shoutout to Jessica who checked me in!). Restaurant staff bent over backwards to make drink special requests, and beautiful smiles when serving our delicious food. Thanks for a great wknd! Close to all that Rochester has to offet!”

“Room is fine, spacious and clean. Location is right in downtown, but not convenient to walk to any restaurant or grocery. Swimming pool is closed and the fitness room is short of maintenance, no clean towels or wipes. Wallpaper in bathroom is cracked.”

“Great Hotel! The staff, I mean every one that we encountered, was absolutely friendly!!!”

“Pretty much a good hotel with ample parking. The staff was very friendly. Be mindful thereis no elevator in this hotel, so if you have a lot of luggage either leave it in the car or be prepared to lug it up a flight of stairs. Another thing that surprised me was that there wasn't a refrigerator in the room. My family and I had leftover Cheesecake Factory that we threw away due to this.”

“Parking was good, breakfast was so lacking I passed and went to Dunkin’ Donuts! Room was at rip off rate for college graduation. Very dated. Front desk staff was very good!!”

“They are not pet friendly. They are pet tolerant. They will take $50 from you if you bring a pet. Exorbitant, excessive, unreasonable, and unflinching. I also have not yet been refunded my incidental charges deposit”

“The night clerk was obviously inebriated, likely from smoking marijuana, and gave us the wrong room at check in. Literally did not say a word at all. Place smelled terribly of marijuana and people were openly smoking marijuana in the parking lot.”
