1818 Modern Farm House with Pool, Hot Tub and a large permanent dock on the lake

This Property is owned and managed by Lupton Properties. The VRBO calendar is always up to date. if there are no summer weeks showing, it is booked.

This is a one of a kind Finger Lakes vacation experience. With 2 Acres of mowed lawn, a heated 20 x 40 foot gunite, in ground pool, hot tub, screened porch, gourmet kitchen (soapstone counters, farm sink, subzero fridge, gas range, secondary ovens/fridge) and a gas fire pit by the pool - this is the premier retreat. We believe you will love this spot as much as we have, It is close to Wegmans, Bristol - skiing, hiking and great activities.

This was our private home. We live in the area and want to be certain that those interested in renting our property will be respectful of it and our neighbors.

Check in time is at 4:00 PM day of arrival and check out time is at 10:00 AM day of departure. In the peak summer months we only rent for seven days, Saturday to Saturday.

We would ask that all users shower before entering and be careful not to go from the lake or the lawn directly into the tub/pool as this brings in unwanted dirt and debris.

The house was stunning and big. The hit of the experience was the wonderful pool that my grandchildren loved. If I had one complaint it would be the bedding- some of the mattresses were stained and the sheets were quite flimsy. The location was great and we had a great family vacation

Family Reunion

Family from Chicago, Minnesota, Wisconsin, New Jersey and New Hampshire all came together in this beautiful home for a family reunion. We enjoyed the fire pit, and nice hot tub soaks while enjoying the beautiful view. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Location was perfect for trips to Watkins Glen, Niagara Falls, Lake Ontario and Rochester. We all enjoyed it and would come back again!

Beautiful spacious house convenient to town and lake with nice private pool. I had two adult daughters and their spouse/fiances and grandchild and everyone had a nice private room. Gorgeous home with lots of character. Owners we’re great to work with. Would stay there again. However, the dock is a decent walk down the road and I didn’t realize it wasn’t connected to the property by viewing the listing. Highly recommend if you do t expect to have lake access right from the house.
