Enjoy a clean 3-bedroom ranch home in quiet family neighborhood near Silver Lake Park. The pleasant mid century modern house features first floor living just four steps in, with an optional portable ramp. Conveniently located, about eight minutes drive from Mayo Clinic, Civic Center and Downtown Rochester and a short walk to Silver Lake and Quarry Hill Nature preserve. You'll have easy access to Mayo and the city's top attractions, entertainment and activities from a quant, safe neighborhood.

Relax at home and enjoy all the comforts with WiFi and two google smart TV's. Prepare meals in the proper kitchen, equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils.
Unwind in the comfortable living room, or challenge your family to a game of ping pong or many board and card games. Curl up in the plush reclyner with a good book and let the little ones explore the toys and games catered just for them. Find fresh air and relaxation on the three season porch anytime of day. Appreciate full accommodations with 1.5 bathrooms, plush towels, and essential toiletries. The main floor bathroom features a walk in shower with integral seat and optional portable tub. This house has the best stocked kitchen of any rental home I've stayed in, and modern appliances. We had Thanksgiving there and the entire home was very accommodating. We played ping pong and darts in the game room. The 2 yo enjoyed the toys in the play room. We enjoyed the large variety of board games and card games. It is a home that is ready for all ages. The basement stairs have a safety door, and there is a high chair and Pack N Play if needed. The living room was very comfortable and the Smart TV worked well. The linen closet was well stocked. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, but close enough to anything you'd need. Just a great place to stay.

Amazing house for our family for the weekend! The host was great and a pleasure to communicate with. Our kids loved their rooms and having space to spread out. Colette was amazing at communicating, Her home is spotless, so very clean , neat , and so many thoughtful extras. The kitchen was stocked with beautiful dishes,, glassware , and utensils and cookware, comfy beds and linens, soft towels, hair dryer, curling wand, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. Beautiful writing desks, lovely, antique furniture pieces, I could go on and on, and couldn’t name all the extra touches Colette provided. We loved the use of an attached garage.She has provided many areas for children to play and lots of games and things for them to do. Three bedroom home with pull out would be great for families. We loved staying here and will be back again. It was wonderful when we go to Mayo Clinic to be in a home like place to stay. Thanks Colette!

The home was perfect for our family siblings get together. We are all senior citizens and appreciated everything was so very clean & perfect for the 5 of us. Colette was very responsive & even provided an out door grill when we inquired if there was one. It was an extremely quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed a walk around the lake which was so close. Everything you could possibly need and more was there for your use. Colette was amazing and responded quickly to emails. Playroom for children was well stocked and sun room was a bonus. The home was immaculate! We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. All of the extras around the house was very thoughtful. The kitchen had every utensil we would have needed to cook anything.The livingroom was very comfortable with more than enough furniture for a family, there was only 2 of us. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. We had good night sleeps every night. The adjustable bed was very nice!We had fun playing ping pong even though my husband cheats and won every game.The flower pots outside were beautiful. Such a nice touch.We come to Mayos frequently and we will definitely check for availability. Thank you Colette for making this stay so comfortable.
