Stupefacente dimora storica del 1830. Questa proprietà è ricca di storia locale.

Storico 183 anni coloniale. Casa originale Costruita nel 1834 aggiunta al 1851 e ancora nel 1890 con un rimodellamento completo nel 2015. Questa proprietà ha anni di storie da raccontare. Uno dei fatti originali del Rudman che erano noti come i "re di pesca" nell'area a quel tempo.
Questa bella casa è completamente ristrutturata con grande cucina e grande cortile. Cucciolo amichevole. 3 camere da letto 3 bagno completo, 2.700 sf, 8 posti letto. Proprietà di 2 acri. Il mattone esposto in tutto fornisce un senso di storia in questa casa. Pavimenti radiatori riscaldati in tutto. Ampia camera matrimoniale con letto king size, completa di vasca da bagno con doppio lavandino e cabina armadio. Una camera da letto ha letto matrimoniale e seconda camera da letto ha 3 letti singoli. 2 zone living con abbondanza di posti a sedere. Sala da pranzo con posti a sedere per 8 persone. Cucina completamente attrezzata con posti a sedere sull'isola. Molto di parcheggio. Vicino alle autostrade, meno di un miglio da Rochester General Hospital. Minuti dal lago Ontario, negozi di alimentari, caffè, parco divertimenti Seabreeze e bellissimi parchi Seneca e Durand Eastman. Un'ora e mezzo di auto per le cascate del Niagara. Un'ora a Finger Lakes, NY. Ora e mezzo a Watkins Glen, NY. Meno di un'ora a Letchworth State Park. Questo posto è un'ottima posizione centrale per una grande varietà di escursioni giornaliere sorprendenti!

We had a wonderful stay and were so impressed with the beautiful farmhouse and surroundings. It was exceptionally clean and decorated with such quality and comforting furnishings. The ease of access and hospitable touches were greatly appreciated as well. We hope to return for multiple visits to spend time with family in the future.

Our stay on Portland Ave was a huge blessing for our family. It was comfortable with 2 different sitting areas, a large dining room table, and enough room to roam around without feeling crowded. In the evening we all sat outside and enjoyed the surroundings, (although more outdoor chairs would be helpful.) The upstairs bedrooms were all comfortable with air conditioners in each room. We all loved the history of the property, too. Great place to stay for a family.

The home was beautiful and well situated between its residential neighborhood and business area. It is unassuming from the outside but once you get inside it’s a different world. Close to the university, as well as the airport. I would recommend and stay here again.

Beautiful and comfortable home

The property is an historical property that has been added on to and renovated with care. Three large comfortable bedrooms along with a well equipped kitchen, dining room, a living room, a family room and three full baths made for a great setup for our family over the holidays. The yard is enormous. The owner has thought of many small details that make the stay so enjoyable, including a nice welcome basket, bath and laundry soap, and an ample supply of great towels. We have stayed at many rental properties around the world and this has a at the top of our list of favorites.

Wedding Party

We stayed here with my sister in law. It was a great place to stay and get ready for her wedding. You can really tell how much hard work and love went into this home. Everything was thought of as far as necessities. A lovely home I would say.

Home Away from Home

This home is just perfect! The renovation is beautifully done and literally everything you could need is there. My family is spread out around the Rochester area and this property is perfectly located. It is large, comfortable and pet friendly. The yard is fantastic. We will definitely book again for our next trip to Rochester!

Always a wonderful stay!

We’ve stayed here 5xs and it’s always wonderful! My husband and I grew up in Rochester, so we stay here whenever we come back to visit. Beautifully remodeled old farmhouse with so much charm and space! Highly recommend staying here! The backyard alone if you have kids is the best !!! They can run all day! lol wide open space!

Farmhouse Feels like Home

We were a mixed group of family and friends, ages 9 months to 80 plus. Coming together to celebrate the RIT graduation of our engineer and his commissioning as a 2nd Lieutenant in the U.S. Air Force. The house was perfect: it was as if we had special ordered a cozy, yet roomy farmhouse that felt welcoming and bright. Stephanie and Frank made sure everything was just as promised - and the box of donuts was an extra treat! Communication was easy, and responses were prompt. The house helped make the celebration a joy for all of us. We highly recommend this property, and are so grateful for our time there.

We were very satisfied with our stay in this comfortable house. We tended to be out most of the day and returned for relaxing evenings. The weather did not cooperate with our hopes to see the solar eclipse, but everything else was very nice. We would certainly recommend this house as an excellent vacation stay.

Family holiday

Fantastic property. Clean with good amenities. Very comfortable. Located in a suburban neighborhood just outside the city of Rochester. Spacious. Owners were diligent in having all the supplies one would need when first arriving. They even left locally baked donuts that were delicious. Would definitely stay again.

Better than expected!

This was the first house rental where the photos didn't do it justice. The master bedroom suite was huge (I had more than enough room to lay my 6' yoga mat with room to spare in front and behind.) My adult-teen kids and I made use of the 3 bedrooms but not all of the beds! There were two small living rooms and TVs. Though we didn't turn them on. A cute fake fireplace-heater was fun and cozy. The dining room had enough seating for me to host my in-laws and their kids for a dinner. I might certainly ask to stay there again! And for anyone interested, 5 minutes from the House of Guitars.

Beautiful retreat

We are originally from Rochester but haven’t lived there for 40 years. While on vaca there in June my husband passed away. We scheduled his memorial there for October. I could not have selected a more beautiful loving place to spend time with family and have a place to ‘breathe’. We entertained his side one a Wednesday (17 ppl) and my side (12) on Friday. Stephanie and Frank have done an outstanding job with this home. It’s gorgeous. It was so peaceful and tranquil. I will definitely reserve this on our next vidit
