“Very nice hotel. Clean. Good amenities. Pool was nice. Attached restaurant had good food. Only small issue was with breakfast, it stopped at 10 and we came down around 20 til and could hardly get to anything because staff was stocking and had cabinets open and were cleaning up. Other than that, great stay and great location. ”

“It was a lovely old fashion kind of place to stay. They just changed the management so that it was in the process of renovation. We wished that there was a small refrigerator and coffee&tea self service set up in the room. They had a nice bath tub to relax and enjoy. ”

“The School 31 lofts are very cool, and we always enjoy staying there when we are in Rochester. Do be careful, room 200 is quite different from the other rooms. It doesn’t have a kitchen and is much smaller and less private. However it is very pretty and the wet room is amazing. Just know that if you get that room it may not be what you are used to.”

“I like everything the staff was very friendly the front desk was nice the room attendant was very polite and the breakfast staffs were friendly place was very clean,the room was clean bed was very comfortable the landscaping was very beautiful security team was very helpful love every moment of my stay I will be booking again very happy people working at this property. “Property was in a good location. Room was nice, however we did have a an issue with the bedding being unclean. It was resolved quickly by the front counter staff so no other issues. Great to have beverages and snacks available at all times! Really appreciated that! Overall, even with the bedding issue, we enjoyed our stay! ”
