Hotel vicino a Village Gate - Rochester

“We were in town for our daughter’s college graduation. We were able to check in early. That was great for my daughter to get ready for the graduation. The staff was so nice and helpful. The room was clean and looked new. We loved it. It was convenient t to the Blue Cross Arena, the venue for the graduation. I am handicap. There was ample parking for us. I would stay here again. I recommend it for the location, cleanliness and the wi derful staff. Thank you. Eugenia.”

“This was a place we had picked on short notice! It met and exceeded our expectations!! The room was beautiful and super clean. Breakfast in the morning was excellent!!! Milena was very accommodating for our breakfast and was delicious!!!! Would not only stay here again but would highly recommend to others!!!”

“This is our second stay here and we loved it both times! We decided to go for the level up in rooms this time and it was totally worth it for the bathtub, kitchen, and living room area. It was so nice that we decided to change our evening plans one of the days we were in town to just lay around and enjoy the room. We will be coming back!”

“Furchtbares Frühstück. Zimmer in mässigen Zustand. Dusch Vorhang zerrissen, Bettüberzug mit Löchern. Lage und Parkmöglichkeiten sind gut. Etwas weirdes Publikum an unserem Wochenende, aber da kann ja keiner was dafür. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich.”

“Property was clean and room large. Large high school grsupplies took over front area, but we're gone by evening.”

“The property was very well located for my events at Univ of Rochester. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful and the homemade scones in the morning were top notch delicious.”

“So, the hotel was clean and the room comfortable. The staff at the front were both pleasant. However, we got up the next morning to shower and had no hot water. So, no showers. When I went to the desk to report it, was informed it was a problem they had just become aware of and someone was coming to fix it. I am disappointed that we were only comped 25%. 2 people without showers about to travel quite far that day. Just not the best negotiation between Expedia and the hotel.”

“Easy check in and check out process. Room clean on arrival. Air conditioning worked well and fast. Didn't get up early enough for breakfast so I can't comment on that. Would stay here again”

“Hotel was clean and basic, knowing there were 3 occupants, I wish they set up the room with enough towels and pillows so I didn’t have to call and ask. We booked a suite, the couch was extremely uncomfortable hard as a rock and could have used cushions, there was only 1. Pool was small, but otherwise the hotel appears to be clean.”
