“Easy check in, snacks and water were a nice touch and much appreciated. This was my first experience with VRBO or any other platform like it. The house was pretty clean overall and the electric fireplace was great given that the first night was in the low 20s. Good communication from the owner as the refrigerator/freezer wasn’t on when I arrived and the freezer had defrosted. For my 2 night stay there was only one wash cloth and no hand towel. “Check in was easy, the home was clean. Couldn’t find any bath towels and had to use a hand towel to dry off with. Not a big deal but if ownership could make them more accessible or give the next tenant a heads up that would be helpful. The house kind of has a kitty litter smell to it. Not dirty kitty litter, and not a cat or urine smell, but it smelled like fresh Tidy Cat. Again, the property was clean, but I couldn’t help but the overwhelming kitty litter smell.”

“This is a charming pet friendly property which served our family getting together for a small reunion since our kids live in Annapolis. Very comfortable and spacious. Fire pit outside was wonderful to hang out at night and have a few drinks. about a mile down the road and a bit there is a very nice park on the beautiful bay.
