Questa residenza cittadina si trova vicino al lago Wylie, a meno di 3,2 km dal parco Ebenezer e al varo delle barche, e tuttavia a pochi minuti dalla Route 77, dal parco divertimenti Carowinds e da Charlotte. Questa residenza è dotata di 2 bagni e 2 camere da letto, il master con un letto matrimoniale, un bagno padronale e cabina armadio. La seconda camera è stata trasformata in uno spazio ufficio con scrivania e sedia e un futon full size. Inoltre, c'è una cucina completamente attrezzata, sala da pranzo con un tavolo alto per 4, un soggiorno, veranda con due sedie e patio posteriore con un grill e patio impostato per 4. Abbiamo 2 posti auto per il noleggio, una lavatrice e asciugatrice full size (in unità), wi-fi, cavo e TV nel soggiorno e nella camera da letto principale. La residenza viene anche con l'uso della piscina della comunità. Forniremo lenzuola e asciugamani se lo desideri.

La residenza è l'ultimo edificio sulla strada, e ha un cortile posteriore e un cortile con alberi dietro di esso. Non c'è fumo nell'unità e posacenere sono situati sia sul patio e sul portico anteriore per coloro che fumano. Non permettiamo animali domestici. Il check in è alle 3 del pomeriggio e il check-out è alle 10 del mattino.

Super hot vacation

We booked this property very close to our visit to Rock Hill, SC as our friends had family in town at the same time. This property put us 5mins away from them and was more comfortable than a hotel by a long shot.

Family visit

Great Aquatic Center option.

We needed a location that was close to the aquatic center in Rock Hill and this was perfect. Wife and son stayed for the weekend of the state swim meet. They reported that everything was great and they would absolutely stay again.

Fantastic!

We are moving to Rock Hill and needed somewhere to stay and house hunt for the week while our house was being shown. It was very clean, well equipped, and the perfect size and location for our needs. High-speed internet with one wired connection available was super useful for three adults who all occasionally work from home, and the Roku was a great flexible entertainment option. Host was super communicative and kind - highly recommend!

Perfect

Couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to stay during a short work contract. Clean, comfortable, and most importantly I felt safe. Love that the owner asks you to come up with your own code for the door lock. This was the first time I didnt feel the need to use additional measures for my safety while inside. I would definitely stay again if possible.

Excellent property.

This was my second extended here while working in the area. I stay in a lot of VRBO's. The owner of this property is the best I have ever had. Their communication is top notch. The property is clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is very nice. I would highly recommend this property. I will definitely be staying here again.

Great Little Spot

From the start, communication was easy with the host. The property is as described and was a great place for my friend and I meet up for a weekend of watching football catching up. Pretty much everything you would need in the kitchen and super comfy sofas.

Solid Option

Quiet, clean, and all the furnishings you need to cook or relax. Location is just off the hustle and bustle of Rock Hill, but just about everything is a short 10-15 minute trip from stores, venues, or restaurants. You certainly would not go wrong staying here for anything you have happening in the Rock Hill area.

Comfortable Stay Near Lake Wylie

Granddaughter's HS Graduation Visit

This property is so homey and in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. The bed is very comfortable and storage (closet & drawers) are ample. The kitchen is nicely stocked and everything a person needs is right here to prepare meals. I wish we could have stayed longer. We will stay here again for future visits to our son & family.
