“We had a great time at The Nelson Lofts. The apartment was well furnished, spacious, and easy to settle in to. It's a safe and fun environment down by the river in Davenport. Tim was a friendly host and easy to communicate with. We'd be happy to stay there again on our next visit to Davenport.”

“The unit is overall good. Has a very industrial vibe being a loft. The rugs were old and a bit dirty. The unit needs a broom to sweep the floors. I dropped a glass and with having concrete floors it of course broke and I did not have a way to clean up the small pieces of glass. ”

“The Suites were nice and clean. They were as advertised. The suite my partner and I had was a cozy little hotel sitting room with a TV and couch that was attached with a conjoining room that led to a bedroom. “We had no tv the whole time, NO mention of the shower being unfiltered well water. It smelled like rotten eggs every time we had to shower which sucked because we are already smelled fishy from fishing.
