“I arrived in the afternoon,tired and didn’t pay attention to the property. Nothing was wrong to my brief observation.”

“The room was not only immaculate but beautifully decorated. Breakfast was not your average hotel fare; also excellent. Everything made my stay so enjoyable. The only minor complaint I would have is because I am elderly, the height of the entrance to the shower was a little high”

“It's a tired property with tired staff. For example, the TVs in the room did not include coverage of the World Cup. You had to go to the lobby if you wanted to watch. Brutal. In this day and age, that's Motel 6. If I had been charged the Motel 6 price, it would have been okay. I wasn't. Much too much for what I received. Not even a free donut for breakfast. C'mon. Go elsewhere!”

“This hotel was very clean, and the check-in was very easy. The hotel rooms are very nice.”

“Air conditioning in the lobby where the hotel bistro was was broken so it was quite warm there. The room we were given had a wet rug near the coffee maker and the faucet in the bathroom leaked from the fixture all over the counter. They moved us to a different room and the toilet overflowed. It was fixed by the time we returned but none of it left us with a great feeling. Probably wouldn’t stay there again.”

“wifi internet worked and the television was all hooked up. New place, very nice.”

“Manny at the front desk was amazing. I left my wallet in the dining room. He grabbed it and that's Mason and returned it.”

“Camera vecchia ma decorosa, chiusa forse da tanto perche era fredda e umida. Prezzo e posizione ok per noi che siamo stati sia a newport che a providence. Non c'è servizio colazione e in camera non è possibile neanche farsi un caffè. ”

“Positivo. Parcheggio e personale check in. Vicinanza centro commerciale ma impossibile andare a piedi, troppo pericoloso in mancanza di semafori. Malissimo la prima colazione, povera e qualità appena sufficiente. Albergo vecchio ma prezzi più bassi della media. Rapporto qualità prezzo, medio.”

“Staff were very helpful and courteous. Miss Lisa the General Manager did a great job to make me feel welcomed. Highly recommend and would happily stay there again.”
