“We booked through Expedia, which was a mistake. I printed all of the reservation confirmation information which stated the arrangements for check-in after 9PM needed prior handling. However NO WHERE in the reservation confirmation was a phone number for Rainbow Courts nor for Expedia. I found a number for the motel on the internet but it ended up being a chat bot that didn’t recognize my itinerary number nor my phone number after repeating both multiple times. So frustrating. “Good service, parking and breakfast”

“Needs a huge renovation and updated. The front door is broken and has suction cup handles on it you have to pull apart. The staff (woman) was rude to my mother in law. Bathroom downstairs out of order, breakfast awful. Room was “cleaned” but carpet was gross. It’s very outdated. AC took awhile to cool off the room, bed was ok, and the shower was hot, but that’s it. No amenities- no pool or outdoor area, the area is run down and there’s an RV park next door it looks like people live...

“The room was very clean. The shower was great! The staff was very accommodating. Easy to get to. We stayed 2 nights and had no problems at all. ”
