“Breakfast could have been better but other than that great experience ”

“The breakfast quality varied from day to day but it was overall pretty decent. Our room was clean and spacious. The staff were nice and helpful when we had questions. Conveniently located with shops and store nearby. ”

“The hotel was good, but was not nearly acceptable is me booking a 2 queen bedded room and upon check in being told that wasn’t available and only getting a 1 king bed room.”

“DO NOT STAY HERE! I showed up to check in and was told that I was scheduled to be on the third floor and that the elevator was broken. I have disability and therefore was not able to transport luggage up and down three flights of stairs. The staff there told me they would cancel the reservation and I anticipated that would be completed and I would not be charged or would be refunded. Two weeks later, I have still not been refunded my money and even after calling Expedia as well as the hotel...
