“The room was overall good, I had a 2-night stay and they didn’t come service the room… disappointing for sure. But breakfast was decent, and room was decent.”

“We stayed for 2 nights. The first night, they directed us to 2 rooms (which was unclean) We had to go back and forth inside the elevator to inform front desk that we cannot sleep in that condition and that the rooms weren’t ready. The beds weren’t made up, the tv wasn’t working, there was old food in the garbage, and the shower water had no pressure at all. The second night we booked for a suite and there was no utensils. “Hotel is in need of quality updates. Much of the "repairs" looked like a budget handyman did them, not a hotel. There were stains on the carpet, bed sheets, and shower. The elevator took FOREVER. The worst though, was our final night our whole floor smelled strong like weed & was very smoky. We have several in our party with health conditions (my mother just had heart surgery and my daughter is asthmatic), so we notified the staff of the smoke. They said they couldn't do anything about it,...

“Great place to stay if you’re on a budget. The room I stayed at was recently renovated and it was perfect for what I needed. Also it was in a great location. There was a Walmart and a few restaurants 5 minutes walk away.”

“The room was cool with the ac. The bathroom toilet and bathtub were not clean. They definitely needed to clean toilet bowl and scrub the bathtub. They did provide a mini fridge in room and had access to ice.”

“Over all establishments was , clean and great distance / location from everything, but the front desk staff that checked me end was rude, had a attitude and I am a rewards member she didn’t even give me credit for that or my parking permitted . My other family members was checked in by someone different and that how I was aware of the things our check-in person failed to do .”
