“The property was clean, impressive and exactly as advertised. It was very close to all the attractions and restaurants in Pigeon Forge, but far enough from the strip to be in a quiet location with a creek in the back. The private hot tub was a great addition to our weekend stay.”

“We did not get check in information, when we called VR BO they said they would cancel our reservation and someone would call to assist us with another reservation…they never did ! An hour later we got a call from the owner and got check in information at about 8:00. The property was great. This was disappointing since we had just had a reservation canceled in Florida with vrbo and was also told we would be contacted when the host canceled a 18 night reservation…again no help. “Had a really pleasant and relaxing time. Shopping was great in the area plenty of places to dine and all sorts of activities to enjoy. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and family for a vacation spot.”

“We were surprised that for a very high property fee. There was no ice no ice trays no coffee no amenities on the property at all. Also, GPS does not get you to the property. We had to download an app on our phone and in just reading the description of the property were able to get directions, however those were even wrong as it said to turn it to Phillips 66 gas station and it has been a gas station since 2018 ”

“Stayed in Late October, Early November. Good Location, in between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Convenient to everything shopping restaurants attractions and the great Smokey Mountain national Park. Everything was good, internet was slow in this area but there was cable TV. Comfortable enough for my stay.
