Cottage a Rockford

“We were surprised that for a very high property fee. There was no ice no ice trays no coffee no amenities on the property at all. Also, GPS does not get you to the property. We had to download an app on our phone and in just reading the description of the property were able to get directions, however those were even wrong as it said to turn it to Phillips 66 gas station and it has been a gas station since 2018 ”

“Impressed the first day we got there… that’s as far as it went. Each floor was a different temperature. Then, no water in the house at all. Maintenance couldn’t figure it out. We were told it was an outage in the county but 2 neighbors has water and the hotel that we ended up at did too. They did refund us for 2 nights that we didn’t stay. Nothing like packing and moving your family at 11:00 pm!”

“Yes, Great Host - very accommodating. A true cozy cottage- it accommodated 4 adults and three children just fine. Perfect location for a Dollywood trip-allowing us to return to the house for nap time. Well stocked kitchen .”

“Stayed in Late October, Early November. Good Location, in between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Convenient to everything shopping restaurants attractions and the great Smokey Mountain national Park. Everything was good, internet was slow in this area but there was cable TV. Comfortable enough for my stay. “The property was not clean. It had mold in the bathroom around shower. And the Mini Split in living room and bedroom had mold and made it smell very mold and musty. ”
