“The room was clean, the beds were great, the breakfast was really good. The elevators broke down not long after our check in. We were staying for 3 days. Staff informed us the maintenance person was on vacation and wouldn't be back for 5 days. One would think Holiday Inn Express would have some sort of back up plan. Most businesses would call a vendor or something in a situation like this rather than post a note on the elevator door for 5 days. Those stairs to the 4th floor got old real quick...

“Property and room were very clean, staff was very pleasant, breakfast was sufficient with waffles, hard boiled eggs, biscuits and gravy and more. We are a repeat customer and will return.”

“I stayed several days. Room wasn't cleaned once. If I needed anything I had to get it myself. O the morning of the 14th Sunday morning 8:25am the breakfast area was very full of guests. There wasn't anything to eat and when asking the staff if they was putting anything else out to eat they stated No! as it states breakfast starts at 6am until 9am there was a lot of guests unhappy including myself”

“Easy to park, convenient breakfast, the one staff member I witnessed during my stay was very helpful, but I believe she was there running the front desk in the evening, was also running it still in the morning and working on serving all of the breakfast items. Yet, she was still pleasant and helpful. Kudos to her. The hotel was close to the airport, looked nice outside, had an easy parking lot to navigate luggage (nice and flat), and was very reasonably priced compared to others. The only thing...

“Very nice hotel and a bonus was there was a good restaurant in the parking lot you could just walk to. My only disappointment was the website said it was 9.5 miles from the attraction I was there to see and it was at least 20 miles away.”
