Riverfront Cottage su Rock River

Appena elencato, completamente ristrutturato e aggiornato cottage con due camere da letto di 975 piedi quadrati. Dispone di TV HD a schermo piatto da 60 pollici, cucina completamente modernizzata con nuovo forno a gas, frigorifero con porta-finestra, nuovo materasso queen Serta-Perfect nella camera da letto principale e queen pillow-top nella camera degli ospiti.
Questo accogliente cottage può ospitare comodamente quattro persone e dispone di una sala da pranzo completa e lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice.
Splendida vista sul fiume non appena si entra, ma questa casa vanta una sala per tre stagioni arredata con un enorme divano componibile a forma di L, circondato da finestre per viste spettacolari e relax confortevole.
All'esterno abbiamo un ampio patio in cemento completamente arredato che include una griglia a gas e persino un'amaca. C'è un grande cortile recintato che porta giù per un dolce pendio fino al fiume dove troverai un bel molo per la pesca dove vedrai aquile calve, cervi e altri animali selvatici.
Limite di età preferito; 26 e oltre, minimo due giorni. A causa dell'assicurazione non è permesso nuotare. Pet friendly negoziabile. Limite di 2 cani.

The fenced in yard was excellent for our dog to roam and still be safe from the river. The entire house so extremely clean and so comfy!! The fishing off the dock wa an added bonus. My son, daughter in law, and I had so much fun, and it was so relaxing for my mom.

Communication with the host was great. The property is nice and clean and pet friendly.. There's a lot of places to go and good restaurants in the area. Unfortunately they're having a drought and the water was very low. The nearest public boat launch is 7 miles away. We heard shooting at the range but it's not that noticeable. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the fact that this property is on a flyover path from the airport. The planes were very low and noisy. There was also alot of yard work going on in the neighborhood our second full day and all we could hear was mowers, blowers, and weed eaters all day long. It was not a quiet or relaxing stay. None of this is the owners fault but beware of these issues if you stay here. It's a lovely property otherwise.

A comfortable stay, relaxing on the Rock River, with nearby forest preserves to enjoy. We especially enjoyed the three season porch and took advantage of BBQ grill. Be sure the location works for what you want to do, though driving into Rockford is easy. Owner is engaging and made sure we were comfortable; he was readily available if we had questions.

Relaxing atmosphere. Aesthetically pleasing. Our 2 dogs loved it! It was like staying at a friends house and the host, Bill, is like that friend! Bill was thorough with the check-in/check-out processes information. Very welcoming! We will definitely return! Rockford area was our home for over 30 years. It was so nice to be able to return with such a pleasant place to stay.

Awesome quaint cabin. Exactly like it was pictured. The private fenced yard at the rivers edge was amazing and perfect for the furbaby. Our host was welcoming and friendly. I have already recommended this property to friends. If we were closer we would return in a heart beat! It gas much more to offer than what is described!

Very cute house, my wife was very happy staying there. Very quiet neighborhood we all enjoyed sitting in the back yard. We saw deer, geese, and ducks along the river. Very peaceful. I would stay again!

Very scenic riverfront house

I have stayed in lots of places. I think this was the cleanest & its such a pretty location, with a fenced yard right on the river. The owner Bill was very friendly & helpful, gave us lots of good recommendations.

Perfect Quiet Getaway!

Bill was an incredible host and was easy to communicate with. The property is super cute and clean, and there is everything you could possibly need available to you. This was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the river views. I would highly recommend this house!
