“Staff was great! The room was nice and the breakfast was excellent! Only complaint I would have would be regarding the hot tub. It said there was a hot tub but upon arrival was told the hot tub is no longer hot and marked as a kids pool.”

“Great breakfast, quiet hotel, and the Rockport City Beach park was a short drive across the road. You could walk but it would be about a mile long. The pool was small but nice. For some reason it was closed during our stay. I am guessing chemical treatment because the smell was so strong.”

“For the price the motel is decent.
Keep in mind if you rent the top room 3 beds. It’s above the owners home. If you have kids, this isn’t for you. I got a complaint we “were making too much noise” felt like we were walking on eggshells to not make noise. Pool is nice.”

“This property is very deceiving! This is my second review they wouldn't let me post the first one so hopefully this one make it. To start i booked through Expedia and they didn't help with my issues at the property. I booked a double queen room with a sofa bed and clearly my beds were full size! All three!
