“We were only staying for 2 nights and it was perfect. Clean, updated and everything we needed. The outdoor patio off one of the bedrooms was perfect for my mom who was staying with us and woke up early. 10/10 would recommend. ”

“James and Laramy were quick to respond. Great hosts. We had our Min Pin Nationals and we had brought our ACD’s and this was absolutely perfect. We loved the fenced backyard, the house was laid wonderfully. Also they had a stocked kitchen of everything you would need to cook with. They even had a crockpot and it came in very handy after a long day at the show. We will definitely be staying with them again. It is also located in a convenient area and easy to access everything.”

Numerous issues throughout including: heavily moldy shower curtain, Mismatch towels and washcloths, filthy floors, dirty couches, bed sheets and quilts wrinkled and stained, AC barely keeps the house cold, AC filter filthy, refrigerator leaks on the floor, stovetop cracked, dishes and utensils are a hodge-podge of misc parts, trash in the yard, pallets laid against the sunroom windows, garbage can 1/2 full, landscaping not...

“Unfortunately, our stay was marked by a series of frustrating issues from the very beginning. We were initially given the wrong code to access the house, and it took just over 45 minutes to receive a response and obtain the correct one. Later that first night, we discovered there were no washcloths or hand towels in the upstairs bathroom. When I reached out, I was told to check the master bathroom closet, where we were able to find some.There were also numerous light bulbs burned out throughout...

“Everything went smoothly. There is plenty of space for a family or multiple couples. Excellent location if visiting MTSU. Great location for several awesome places to eat. Plenty of activities for the younger kids as well.”
