“My stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed. The amenities were top-notch, and the atmosphere was relaxing. I also really appreciated the attention to detail and how smoothly everything was handled. “Check-in was fine, however, they did not return our deposit. When I called to enquire about it, they kept disconnecting the call or not answering it at all. When I called the Hotels.com, they said I had to go through the Hotel. We travel quite a bit through this area. We would have made this place a routine stop for us, however, the lack of attempted communication warrants concern about their business practices.”

“The worst experience ever. We arrived for the check-in and after the registration the guy at the front desk asked for the deposit (THE ROOM AND TAXES WERE ALREADY PAID). So we gave him a card,it didn't work;we gave him another card,it didn't work and so we gave him another card and it didn't work. So we thought it was a connection problem but it was not because the guy exlained us that them as a hotel don't accept card that are not from America. “Ho soggiornato con la famiglia una sola notte il 27 dicembre 2015 di passaggio tra Las Vegas e Santa Barbara. Un hotel molto comodo e confortevole in una simpatica Cittadina in pieno deserto.
