“This hotel is an exact mirror of where American lodging is headed.....its a 2-4 story luxury/budget facility, modular furnishings, room microwave/refridgerator, iron, and LVP flooring. The building could have been a Comfort Inn, LaQuinta, Holiday Inn Express, or Drury Inn. You have stayed here 500 times. It was quiet, safe, and the internet was excellent. Lot's of TV channels but very complex to use. One of the friendliest staffs I have ever come in contact with. Breakfast was the usual for this...

“Be mindful that this hotel is directly off the interstate. You will hear road noise all night and it's sometimes very loud. Friendly staff.”

“Out dated a bit”

“Joseline was the only saving grace as she was able to proceed with my refund. Upon arrival there were several spectators outside. And the bed in the room had dirty sheets and bathroom light didn’t work. Changed rooms and walked into a dirtier room where the bed was unmade and tv was on. Seemed like it was someone else’s room. Sick. Asked for a refund but no manager was on site. Sad enough I will never come back to this location again. You get what you pay for. ”

“Loved the evening staff and cleanliness. Pool and gym times are amazing for our work schedule as we travel. The morning staff was not as friendly as the nighttime- specifically Ms Karen who was wonderful. The coffee machine was delicious, keep this please. The cleanest hotel by far that we’ve stayed at in the area from Kannapolis to Concord. The breakfast was ok- but the staff very loud videos while we tried talking over coffee and the eggs were way too runny to try to eat. But overall great...

“I didn’t like the fact that my room wasn’t clean when I went out and was gone all day and for the cleaning person to lie and say I put the disturbing sign on the door was horrible and a lie the bathroom ceiling was cracked and the curtains had holes in them walls had been scratched up it was a mess and my daughter who is disabled didn’t even have a clean towel to use or enough towel for the both of use one towel one rag it was the worst ever and I would like a full refund”
