“Beautiful place! Great location too! We 3 middle aged women walked everywhere or took the Q line downtown. The Midtown location has a great variety of restaurants and night spots. The host is lightning quick with communication and very gracious. Other tenants in the building are friendly and welcoming too. Fantastic stay! Highly recommended!”

“This is a wonderful apartment in a quiet neighborhood with convenient access to all the Detroit doings. The apartment is small but well stocked with everything you could need. Walking distance to Henry Ford Hospital. Anthony was quick to respond to my questions. We will stay here again in the future. ”

“The room was fine although the description of "Modern" is not entirely accurate. It was clean, comfortable and supplied with necessities. The bed was comfortable. A bit larger would be nice though. Perhaps a table lamp would be an improvement as well. The relatively close location to downtown was definitely a plus. The appearance of the building and parking lot leaves a lot to be desired. “We stayed at this location to catch a White Sox vs Tigers night game. Party of 4. We drove to and from game. Only parking for apartment is on the street. But, would definitely park vehicle and use Uber on next visit. Apartment was very clean and tidy. Coming back in evening the smell of someone smoking weed nearby was strong and was noticeable through out the apartment. It is Michigan though and seems to be the norm.Could not get TV to turn on in living roomThe Check-In / Check-Out process...

“The apartment has been fully renovated and modernized. Excellent lighting, new appliances, new toilet, very recently remodeled bathroom and shower. The bed was very comfortable.
