“Everything was exactly as we hoped! Firepit, hot tub, and quiet woods to enjoy. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean, great WiFi signal, and kitchen was stocked. Really close to Cosby national park entrance was great and easy drive to touristy areas. Only change we’d make is allowing the indoor fireplace to run in the early spring for the chilly evenings. Would highly recommend this place!”

“5 start potential but currently falls woefully short. It's a decent option but I personally would look for something else based on my experience.Positives: pics are accurate; host quickly responds; working level 2 EV charger; fully stocked kitchen; newer construction and clean; 2 min. walk to Madden Bald Trailhead and 12 min. drive to the Cosby Picnic Area; and is a 35-40 min drive to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. Negatives: Musty/mildewy smell on the first level. Host misrepresents the property as...
